If you still wish to authenticate with using your phone number, please review the below steps to ensure we can best assist with getting your verification issue remedied as quickly as possible. We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
- Please ensure you are in a location where you have good cellular service and can receive SMS messages.
- Certain carriers may have set up a block on your short codes/verification codes. If you continue to not receive a code even with good cell service, please contact the technical support team of your carrier and ask if they can turn on shorts codes/verification codes for you. (We have learned through user-outreach that some T-Mobile customers may have a default security setting blocking SMS short codes, please contact their technical support, so they can work to try and remedy this.)
